Lichter, of Cornell University, will deliver his lecture “Children at Risk: Race, Poverty, and the American Future” on Thursday, February 12, at 7:30 p.m, in the BYU Hinckley Alumni & Visitors Center Assembly Hall. Lichter’s address will be the 11th annual Marjorie Pay Hinckley Lecture, named for the late wife of Gordon B. Hinckley, 15th president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
