Two Brigham Young University students will receive monetary travel awards from the American Phytopathological Society Foundation at the organization's annual meeting in Quebec July 29-Aug. 2.
Alan Chambers and Erica Swenson will each receive $500, which will be used to help the students present their work in plant pathology at the meeting in Quebec City, Quebec.
The American Phytopathological Society Foundation is a non-profit, professional scientific organization. Research conducted by the foundation's 5,000 members is designed to advance the understanding of plant diseases.
