David Kooyman to deliver BYU devotional address May 20

David Kooyman, a faculty member in the Department of Physiology and Developmental Biology at Brigham Young University, will deliver a devotional address Tuesday, May 20, at 11:05 a.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall, Harris Fine Arts Center.

The devotional will be broadcast live on the KBYU networks. For rebroadcast information, visit byubroadcasting.org.

Kooyman received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the California State Polytech University- Pomona in 1982 and a doctorate from Ohio University in 1993 in molecular and cellular biology.

His research interests center around biotechnology, molecular genetics and molecular biology, and he is affiliated with the university’s Cancer Research Center.
