My job at BYU is… Managing Director of Alumni and External Relations – it means I help guide BYU’s reputation with our alumni and the rest of the world.
Currently I’m working on… a BYU licensing agreement with NIKE, new BYU alumni chapters on the Wasatch front and BYU Spectacular.
My most cherished memory at BYU was when… I met my wife in Physical Science 100!
I’m currently reading… The Power of Habit, by Charles Duhigg.
I get most excited about my work when… Someone on my team reaches a big, audacious goal.
My first class in finance... sparked my interest in my field.
My Ph.D. in education... changed the way I view people because... I realized we all learn and grow differently.
What makes teaching the greatest job in the world is… the smart, amazing students at BYU.
One item on my bucket list is… climb Mt. Everest.
The best-kept BYU secret is… Business Strategy because it is the most intriguing major on campus taught by amazing professors in the Strategy department.
Three things that are always found in my refrigerator are… fry sauce, left overs and lean cuisines.

I became a BYU fan when… Danny Ainge drove coast to coast with only 8 seconds left to beat Notre Dame in the 1981 NCAA tournament!
