The Brigham Young University Symphony Orchestra will perform under the direction of Eric Hansen Thursday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall.
Admission is free and open to the public.
The program consists of pieces by Karl Goldmark, Alexander Borodin, Ernest Bloch, Camille Saint-Saens and Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.
The Symphony Orchestra consists of 85 members and is the preparatory orchestra in the School of Music. The orchestra's concerts are dedicated to symphonic literature with an emphasis on literature from the classical period.
