Annual "Campus Showcase" to display BYU services June 2

BYU will be hosting the second annual “Campus Showcase” for all non-student employees Wednesday, June 2, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Gordon B. Hinckley Alumni and Visitors Center.

Those who wish to attend should RSVP by calling (801) 422-4678.

BYU employees will learn about different services available to them on campus while enjoying refreshments and free take-away items. They will also be entered to win tickets to BYU football games, the Homecoming Spectacular and several BYU cultural arts events as well as lunches at various campus restaurants and an overnight stay at Aspen Grove Family Camp.

Participants will discover the wide array of services offered from:

  • Alumni Association/ Aspen Grove
  • Benefits Services
  • Dining Services
  • Physical Facilities
  • Print and Mail Services
  • Public Affairs and Guest Relations
  • Textile Cleaning Services
  • Wellness
  • Outdoors Unlimited
