My job at BYU is… an assistant vice president in the Office of Information Technology.
My role is... to support the mission of (BYU) and the Church Educational System (CES). I collaborate closely with leadership, and my responsibilities encompass strategic planning and execution, leveraging technology to advance the university's objectives while mitigating campus risks. Also, I partner to provide comprehensive technology services tailored to the unique needs of BYU and CES while fostering a culture of working as a system, student focus and excellence within our IT community.
I’m currently working on… 2025 technology planning.

When I have 30 minutes of free time, you can find me… on the mountain side hiking with my dog.
My go-to BYU Creamery ice cream flavor is… Lemon Sherbet and Coconut Joy.
My favorite Cougar athletes are... basketball players and the Dunk Team.
On Saturday mornings you’ll find me… biking, hiking or at a gym.
My go-to comfort food is… chicken strips with ice cream for dessert.
Three things that are always found in my refrigerator are… eggs, Pepsi Zero, and milk.
My favorite thing is... to listen to my Dad play piano music.
One item on my bucket list is… to take a world cruise tour.
