Three national outlets rank BYU one of the best values in the country

Three Top 10 marks for BYU from Forbes, US News, Princeton Review

Brigham Young University is one of the best values in the country when it comes to higher education, according to new rankings from Forbes, U.S. News & World Report and The Princeton Review.

Keep reading to see a quick summary of how BYU fared in rankings from each of those national publications.

US NEWS & WORLD REPORT

U.S. News ranked BYU No. 6 overall for Best Value in their 2022 Best Colleges publication released this morning. BYU joins the likes of Yale, MIT, Harvard, Princeton, Columbia and Stanford in the U.S. News Top 10 Best Values ranking.

BYU was also highly ranked for several specific academic programs in the newly published U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges 2022 guide, including:

  • No. 2: Accounting
  • No. 13: Entrepreneurship
  • No. 18: Information Systems
  • No. 23: International Business

FORBES

Meanwhile, Forbes also recently published its new “Top Colleges 2021” rankings, where BYU comes in at No. 53 overall. Forbes continues to rank BYU No. 1 on their America’s Best Value Colleges list, a ranking published in 2019. Other new rankings from Forbes include:

  • No. 13: Best in the West
  • No. 35: Best Private College/University
  • No. 42: Research Universities

PRINCETON REVIEW

In rankings released in August, The Princeton Review also ranked BYU No. 6 in Best Value. While The Princeton Review did away with many of their popular student life rankings due to the pandemic, they did publish several lists with top-performing schools. BYU made the cut on the following lists:

  • Best Western Universities
  • Great College Library
  • Great Intramural Sports
  • Great Town-Gown Relations

BYU was also ranked No. 3 overall for undergraduate entrepreneurship.
