Writers Tom, Louise Plummer at BYU Women meeting Nov. 23

Writers Tom and Louise Plummer will talk about some of their recent works in a presentation titled, "What's so Funny About Love and Marriage" Saturday (Nov. 23) at 1 p.m. in 2260 Conference Center at Brigham Young University as part of the BYU Women's 2002-2003 program.

Music will be provided by composer and pianist Marilyn Nielson and soprano Cheri Hancock.

All BYU faculty and staff members and their spouses are invited.

Not only does BYU Women provide cultural activities to enrich its members' lives, but frequent projects and service opportunities are also offered to bring the community closer together and improve the standard of living in the valley.

"BYU Women is primarily a service organization for women to have the feeling of unity and belonging in the university environment," says President Katherine Rosenvall.

Organization activities are held monthly, usually Saturday afternoons, and range from folk dancing to business seminars to musical presentations.

Please call Rosenvall at (801) 377-2461 for more information.
