Spring Preference activities feature night skiing at Brighton

Brigham Young University Spring Preference activities Friday and Saturday (March 5 and 6) will include night skiing, dancing, and a lodge party at Brighton Ski Resort; a formal dance at the Museum of Art; and a concert featuring Peter Breinholt.

Kasey Later, BYUSA campus activities vice president, said she is most excited about night skiing, which will be offered for $38 per couple. The price includes two lift tickets, refreshments and dancing. Skiing will take place from 4 to 9 p.m. both nights, and the dance/lodge party will run from 8 to 11 p.m. both nights.

The formal dance at the Museum of Art will also take place both Friday and Saturday, on Friday from 8 p.m. to midnight and from 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.

Peter Breinholt & Big Parade will perform two concerts at 7 and 9:30 p.m. Friday only. This show is open to the public and will feature the full band, including Ryan Shupe, Russ Dixon, and large screen projections of the show. Tickets are $6 for BYU students and $8 for the general public and at the door.
