Brigham Young University will host a Public Diplomacy Officer from the U.S. Embassy in Moscow for a Global Focus Lecture Wednesday, July 27, at noon in 238 Herald R. Clark Building.
Tobias A. Bradford will present “Putin’s Russia and U.S. Relations.”
He is responsible for all programs dealing with professional development, including the international visitor program; community connections and business for Russia; productivity enhancement; professional education and training; outreach to think tanks and the intellectual community.
Bradford completed a master’s degree in business at BYU.
