One Stop student services available in WSC Jan. 5-16

One Stop student services for Winter Semester 2004 at Brigham Young University will be available Monday, Jan. 5, through Friday, Jan. 16 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Wilkinson Student Center rooms 3220 and 3224.

One Stop will close for the Jan. 13 devotional from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Services available at One Stop are as follows: cashiers, dining services, financial aid, general advisement, health insurance, housing, kiosks, OIT services, parking permits, refund checks, registration, scholarships, Signature Card and student I.D. center, student financial services, student locker rentals and UTA student bus passes.

Other items to remember include:

  • The student service windows in the ASB will be closed during One Stop. Services still at the ASB include the records office for transcripts, enrollment verification, diplomas, changes to name, marital status, SSN and birth date, and the petitions office for help with previous semester problems and petitions to take more than 21 hours.

  • Excess checks will be available beginning Jan. 5.

  • Tuition payments may now be made in three convenient ways: at Route Y by clicking on "Tuition Billing and Payments," at tuition drop boxes in the locations shown on the One Stop Map, or at the One Stop cashier.

  • Only Y and C parking permits for the rest of the year are available in One Stop for only $40. Be certain to bring vehicle registration, proof of emissions inspection and Student ID card. Parking permits will be sold until 5 p.m., but please be in line by 4:30 p.m. at the latest.

  • Locker rentals are only available at One Stop.

  • Webcams are now available at the One Stop Web site so students can find the best time to visit. For more information, visit the One Stop Web site at http://onestop.byu.edu.
