Lee Library to launch All-in-One Search tool

The Harold B. Lee Library at Brigham Young University is launching a new All-in-One Search tool Friday, July 9. The new tool will replace the Scholar Search tool.

The new All-in-One Search will allow individuals to search both books and articles at the same time. It will combine the search results from more than 100 databases, allowing for more in-depth searches and greater content findings.

“The new search will allow for greater speed and better search results,” said Jared Howland, electronic resources librarian at the Lee Library. The new All-in-One Search tool generates results in 1-3 seconds, much more quickly than the previous search tool, and gives the user access to more result findings.

The All-in-One Search is available by clicking on the green All-in-One Search toolbar at the bottom of the Harold B. Lee Library home page.

For more information, contact Jared Howland at (801) 422-3416.
