KBYU-TV to post special Election Night coverage Nov. 4

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 6 to 10 pm, KBYU-TV, Channel 11, will provide viewers with special local and national election coverage including live information from the KBYU/Utah Colleges Exit Poll.

On Election Day, voters can turn to KBYU-TV beginning at 6 p.m. for live analysis of data from the KBYU/Utah Colleges Exit Poll, which reveals who voted in Utah and what was on voter’s minds. At 8 p.m., viewers can get predictions of the winners in key Utah races. The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer will break in at 7 and 9 p.m. for national coverage of the elections.

Since 1982 the KBYU/Utah Colleges Exit Poll has proven to be an extremely accurate exit poll in the state, with information not only about winning candidates but also on the voters and the reasons for their choices.
