"Global Careers in the Intelligence Community" subject of Sept. 26 BYU lecture

Bradford J. Bruton, an open-source analyst and collection manager for the Central Intelligence Agency, will address "Global Careers in the Intelligence Community" during a career workshop on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 2 p.m. in 238 Herald R. Clark Building at Brigham Young University.

Bruton, who has worked with the agency for 24 years, has been visiting universities for recruiting purposes for the past 16 years.

His government service has included a variety of Washington assignments and seven field tours at regional bureaus with embassies in Panama City, London, Tel Aviv, Bangkok, Asuncion and at the Key West Naval Air Station.

He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala, received a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in Spanish from BYU, a juris doctorate from the College of William and Mary and an HBA in Jewish and biblical studies from the University of South Africa.
