German-American relations topic of BYU lecture July 20

Brigham Young University will host a Foreign Service officer with the U.S. Department of State as part of the Global Focus Lecture Series Wednesday, July 20, at noon in 238 Herald R. Clark Building.

Stephen T. Frahm will share “Personal Observations of a U.S. Consul on German-American Relations.” Admission is free and the public is welcome.

A BYU alumnus, Frahm recently completed an assignment as consul at the American Consulate General in Frankfurt, where he was primarily responsible for visa services management.

Prior to his assignment in Frankfurt, Frahm served as vice consul at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Korea.
