Fulbright academy utilizes expertise of BYU professor of nursing

Lynn Clark Callister, a professor in the College of Nursing at Brigham Young University, was recently appointed to the International Advisory Council of the Fulbright Academy of Science and Technology.

Created by and for Fulbright scholars, FAST brings the knowledge and expertise of Fulbrighters to bear on critical global issues in public health, science literacy, business innovation and economic development.

A 2004 Fulbright Scholarship recipient, Callister spent several months in Russia and the Ukraine as a consultant on curriculum and research. She provided educational support in maternal and newborn nursing, women’s health and nursing research at the St. Petersburg Mechnikov State Medical Academy.
