This is the second lecture of four this semester at BYU's David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies that will explore the cultural strategies and policies the EU has adopted to create an identity as well as some of the inevitable limits of such an undertaking.

This lecture will be archived online. For more information on David M. Kennedy Center events, see the calendar online at kennedy.byu.edu.
