The Brigham Young University English Department is now accepting applications for department awards, scholarships and writing contests.
Additional information as well as cover sheets and application forms are available at english.byu.edu. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, in the English Department office, 4198 Joseph F. Smith Building.
Scholarships and awards are available for undergraduates and graduate students and some are open to high school seniors. The writing contests recognize poetry, portfolio, fiction and essay submissions.
