Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin at CES fireside Sunday, Feb. 1

Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will speak at a Church Educational System fireside Sunday, Feb. 1, at 6 p.m. in the Marriott Center at Brigham Young University.

The fireside will be broadcast live on the BYU-Television and BYU-Radio satellite networks and at byubroadcasting.org. It will be rebroadcast Sunday, Feb. 8, on KBYU (Channel 11) at 6 a.m. and 11 a.m., on BYU-Television at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., on KBYU-FM (89.1) at 8 p.m. and on BYU-Radio at 6 p.m.

Elder Wirthlin was ordained an apostle of the Church on Oct. 9, 1986, after serving in the Presidency of the Seventy since April 1986. He was called to the First Quorum of the Seventy in April 1976 after serving for one year as an Assistant to the Council of the Twelve Apostles.
