Elder Douglas L. Callister, a member of the Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will speak Tuesday, Sept. 19, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center for a Brigham Young University campus devotional.
It will be broadcast live on KBYU-TV (Channel 11), BYU-Television, KBYU-FM (89.1), BYU-Radio and byubroadcasting.org, as well as on campus in the Joseph Smith Building auditorium and the Varsity Theater in the Wilkinson Student Center.
Elder Callister is a former area authority seventy, regional representative, president of the Minnesota Minneapolis Mission, temple sealer, stake president and bishop. He received a bachelor's degree from BYU, a juris doctorate from University of Southern California, and an L.L.M. degree (master's of law) from Harvard University.
