Brigham Young University's "Education in Zion" exhibit in the Joseph F. Smith Building will host a date night activity featuring a tour of the exhibit and and a screening of the stirring film “Amazing Grace” Saturday, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m. in the JSFB gallery.
The inspiring film is based upon the life of British Parliament member William Wilberforce, who dedicated his life to abolishing slavery in the British Empire.
Guests are invited to visit the exhibition and read the stories of BYU's educational heritage that fill the exhibition’s walls before the film screening at 7:30 pm.
Guests will be guided down the gallery’s signature spiral staircase to the Education in Zion theater, B-192 JFSB, at 7:30 p.m. to watch “Amazing Grace.” Refreshments will follow the film screening.
The event is free of charge, but space is limited. For questions or to RSVP, call the Education in Zion Information Desk at (801) 422-6519.
