Daily Universe editors featured in Q and A Jan. 20

The Daily Universe, Brigham Young University's campus newspaper, will send its editor-in-chief along with other section editors to a question-and-answer meeting at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 20 in the Wilkinson Student Center Terrace.

Sponsored by the Student Advisory Council, the open forum will consist of a panel of seven members to assist in answering student's questions regarding the Daily Universe. The panel includes Amelia Nielson-Stowell, editor-in-chief; Jillian Doria Ogawa, Metro editor; Jordan Muhlestein, campus editor; Angie Wallace, sports editor; Ben Carter, arts and culture editor; Nick Nelson, opinion editor and Jonathan Bacon, Web editor.

"This question-and-answer session is a great chance for students to informally address the Daily Universe on issues that students are concerned about," said Chad Johnson, program director. "It is an approachable setting where students feel like their question is important and offers students a unique chance to make their voice heard."

Student Advisory Council representatives will be available at the meeting to meet with students as well. For information or questions, please visit byusa.byu.edu/sacPrograms.HTML or call Chad Johnson at (801) 380-9883.
