Cougar Club hosts banquet and fundraiser March 4

The Brigham Young University Cougar Club Sportsman's Alliance will host a dinner and banquet fundraiser Friday, March 4, in the Provo Marriott Ballroom on 100 West and 100 North.

Doors open at 5 p.m. with a silent auction. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and a live auction starts at 7 p.m. Each attendee will be entered into a drawing to win a grand prize in which the guest may choose between a Wasatch Elk Tag and a trip for two to Hawaii.

"This is a great event for those who support BYU athletics, who love to hunt and fish and who want to be a part of the great outdoors," says Robbie Bosco of the Cougar Club. "Those who come and support BYU can use this as a tax write-off and know that they are helping to improve the program."

Auction items include a five-day guided trophy mule deer hunt with Bucks & Bulls, a trip for 2 to the BYU-Notre Dame football game, a semicustomized Christensen Arms Rifle, a customized BYU Fort Knox Safe, a customized Browning Rifle, guided and unguided hunts, vacation getaways, log furniture and artwork.

To register for the dinner or for more information, visit www.byucougars.com/sportsman/ or call the Cougar Club Office at (801) 422-2583 or 1-800-426-4298.
