CNBC's Todd Buchholz to speak at BYU forum Oct. 16

Todd Buchholz, former White House director of economic policy and CNBC regular, will present a Brigham Young University campus forum address, “Challenges and Opportunities in a Chaotic Economy” Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center.

The forum will be broadcast live on the BYU Broadcasting channels and online at byutv.org. Rebroadcast and archive information will be available at byub.org or speeches.byu.edu.

Buchholz also has served as a managing director of the $15 billion Tiger hedge fund and a Harvard economics professor, and he is considered to be on the cutting edge of economics, fiscal politics, finance and business strategy. He is a frequent commentator on ABC News, PBS and CBS, and recently hosted his own special on CNBC.

Buchholz has advanced degrees in economics and law from Cambridge and Harvard. He was awarded the Allyn Young Teaching Prize at the Harvard University Department of Economics and was named “One of the Top 21 Speakers of the 21st Century” by Successful Meetings magazine.
