Chair of Health Science Department featured at April 4 BYU devotional

Brad L. Neiger, chair of the Department of Health Science, will speak on the topic “To Act in Holiness Before the Lord” Tuesday, April 4, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center for a campus devotional.

Live broadcasts will be available on KBYU-TV (Channel 11), BYU-Television, KBYU-FM (89.1), BYU-Radio and byubroadcasting.org, as well as on campus in the Joseph Smith Building Auditorium and the Varsity Theater in the Wilkinson Student Center. Rebroadcast information is available at byubroadcasting.org.

Neiger previously served as director of health promotion at the Davis County Health Department and director of the Bureau of Health Promotion at the Utah Department of Health.

He was also president of both the Utah Public Health Association and the Health Education Association of Utah. In 2003, he received the Catherine Summerhays Award as the outstanding health educator in Utah.
