BYU’s campus bookstore name change reflects wide range of products and services

The ‘BYU Store’ will focus on replicating the in-store school spirit online

The Brigham Young University campus bookstore will now be known as the BYU Store in order to better represent the expanding reach of products and services offered to the greater BYU community. This new name reflects widespread changes that will be seen across the Store – both in the brick and mortar store on campus and online at BYUStore.com – to better accommodate Brigham Young University’s worldwide campus.

“Books and textbooks will always be a key part of the BYU Store,” said David Hunt, assistant administrative vice president – BYU Store. “But we also offer so many more products – from clothing to computers. This name change will better reflect the wide range of items available at the BYU Store.”

Along with the name change, the BYU Store staff is reaching out across campus to create more partnerships that benefit the university community. The BYU Store is focused on expanding the availability for BYU fans anywhere to easily purchase BYU-related products and services through its website at BYUStore.com.

“We hope that these changes will position the BYU Store to best serve our community for many years to come,” said Hunt. “As always, we are committed to bringing quality items and exceptional service and support for BYU fans and shoppers on campus and across the world.”
