The Brigham Young University School of Music presents the String Chamber Night concert featuring small student ensembles coached by Claudine Bigelow, Marcel Bowman, Eric Hansen and Julie Reed on Wednesday, Dec. 1, at 7:30 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall.
Admission is free.
Each group in the concert will perform one movement of a classical work. The small groups will feature the best movement from each composition. Each group consists of three to five performers.
They will present selected movements of pieces from a variety of composers, including Robert Schumann, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, Claude Debussy and Alexander Borodin.
