BYU School of Music plans Woodwind Chamber Night Nov. 29

Brigham Young University’s School of Music will present a Woodwind Chamber Night on Thursday, Nov. 29, at 7:30 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall.

Admission to the performance will be free and the public is welcome to attend.

The program will include Rondo, Op. 25 and “Souvenir de Prague" Op. 24 by Franz Doppler, “Trio” by Jean-Michel Damase, Serenade in F Minor, Op. 73 by Robert Kahn, “Las Estampas Criollas” by Beatriz Lockhart, “Two Flutes in Fujian” by Gary Schocker and “Sechs Bagatellen” by György Ligeti.

The concert will feature Jennifer Nealon, flute; Elizabeth Nelson, oboe; Marcelo Maldonado, clarinet; Darcy Whetten, bassoon; and Emily Bier, horn.
