BYU School of Music hosts "Opera Scenes" Feb. 21-24

Opera students at Brigham Young University will be performing a spectrum of different opera scenes Wednesday through Saturday, Feb. 21-24, at 7:30 p.m., in the Madsen Recital Hall in the Harris Fine Arts Center. Admission is free.

Students will be performing scenes from operas such as “Carmen,” “Don Quixote,” “Romeo and Juliet,” “The Tales of Hoffman” and “Dialogues of the Carmelites.” Directors include Lawrence Vincent, Hyrum Weibell, Ruth Christensen, Jennifer Babidge and Darrell Babidge.
