BYU Saints at War conference Nov. 11 focuses on Vietnam

Elder Lance Wickman, general authority emeritus of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will deliver the keynote address at a conference honoring LDS servicemen of 20th century military conflicts Friday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Conference Center on the Brigham Young University campus.

The "Saints at War" conference, sponsored by BYU’s Saints at War Project and Conferences and Workshops, will honor veterans from all 20th-century military conflicts. This conference will focus on veterans who served in Vietnam.

The conference will feature several other notable presenters in special breakout sessions. Attendees will have the option to choose from a variety of presentations and topics. The $35 conference fee ($25 for spouse) includes lunch and entertainment for all attendees.

The closing session will feature an introduction to the premiere of the new documentary — “Saints at War: Vietnam.”
