BYU preschool, kindergarten accepting applications for 2013-2014

The Brigham Young University Child and Family Studies Laboratory is now accepting applications for its preschool and kindergarten programs from Summer 2013 through Winter 2014.

Applications are available in 1100 Joseph F. Smith Building or by calling (801) 422-3219. Applications may also be found online at cfsl.byu.edu

Summer 2013 preschool, pre-kindergarten and post-kindergarten programs: Any child who turns four by Sept. 1, 2013 is eligible for the preschool program. Children who will be entering kindergarten in September are eligible for the pre-kindergarten program. Children who will be entering first grade in September are eligible for the post-kindergarten program. The summer school session begins Monday, June 24 and concludes Thursday, Aug. 8. The tuition for the summer session is $300 for the seven-week program. Applications will be accepted through Friday, April 12 or until the classes are full.

Fall 2013-Winter 2014 preschool program: Any child who turns four by Sept. 1, 2013 is eligible for the preschool program. The Fall-Winter session begins on Monday, Sept. 9, 2013 and concludes on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Tuition for the session is $1,300 for the eight-month program. Applications must be received by Friday, April 12, and no late applications will be accepted. Notifications of acceptance will be mailed by Friday, April 26.

Fall 2013-Winter 2014 kindergarten program: Any child who turns five by Sept. 1 is eligible for the kindergarten program. The Fall-Winter session begins Monday, Aug. 19, and concludes on Thursday, May 23, 2014. The tuition for the session is $1,700 for the school year. Applications must be received by Friday, April 12. No late applications will be accepted. Notifications of acceptance will be mailed by Friday, April 26.
