BYU plans annual Easter Conference April 7

The annual Brigham Young University Easter Conference, this year titled “Behold the Lamb of God,” will take place Saturday, April 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Joseph Smith Building Auditorium.

Admission will be free, and the public is welcome.

The conference, which is sponsored by Religious Education and the Religious Studies Center, will feature a keynote speech by Elder F. Enzio Busche, an emeritus member of the First Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as addresses by members of the BYU religion faculty.

Topics of discussion will include “The Great and Last Sacrifice,” “The Gospel of John and the Passion of Christ” and “Book of Mormon Insights on the Atonement,” among others.

KBYU-TV will also host an early bird session from 7:50 to 8:20 a.m. with a showing of “Beholding Salvation.”
