The Supervising Teaching Class for piano majors at Brigham Young University's School of Music has room for two or three children to receive free weekly lessons during fall semester.
Students can be beginners or have had lessons previously. Lessons will be taught by senior or graduate piano performance majors. In addition to receiving the lessons, each private lesson student will be asked to attend the university class, which meets Tuesdays at 10 a.m., one time during the semester.
If you are interested in having your child participate, notify Richard Anderson at richard_anderson@byu.edu. Only those students accepted will be notified. Notification will come during the first week of September.
