BYU Philharmonic to perform April 9 in de Jong Concert Hall

The Brigham Young University Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Kory Katseanes will perform its spring concert Saturday, April 9, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall at Brigham Young University's Harris Fine Arts Center.

Tickets are available at the Fine Arts Ticket Office, (801) 422-4322, byuarts.com/tickets.

The performance will feature the Overture to "Benvenuto Cellini" by Hector Berlioz, Paul Hindemith's Symphonic Metamorphosis and the Symphony No. 9, "From the New World," by Anton Dvorak.

The Philharmonic features nearly 100 of the university's top student instrumentalists who regularly perform a wide and demanding repertoire.
