BYU hosts popular Family Expo April 2-3

Online registration closes March 29

Brigham Young University’s annual Family Expo, a two-day event designed to strengthen families and address common family problems, will take place Monday and Tuesday, April 2-3, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the BYU Conference Center.

Participants can register online by visiting familyexpo.byu.edu or by calling (801) 422-8925. Online registration closes March 29. University credit for this conference is available for an additional fee.

Author and acclaimed speaker Brad Wilcox will open the conference with “See That All These Things Are Done in Wisdom and Order,” addressing the event’s theme.

Other presenters include Mark H. Butler, associate professor of marriage and family therapy, who will speak on “Forgiveness in the Context of the Eternal Progression of Marriage”; Scott C. Marsh, part-time instructor in the Marriott School of Management, who will address “Family Finance”; and Brent Barlow, widely published author and professor in the School of Family Life, who will begin Tuesday’s discussions with “Temple Marriage: Event and Relationship,” among others.

The 2007 Family Expo is sponsored by the School of Family Life, the Division of Continuing Education, the Alumni Association and Religious Education.
