BYU Conference on Family Life scheduled for March 27

The Brigham Young University School of Family Life and the Division of Continuing Education have combined two family conferences into the annual “BYU Conference on Family Life: If Ye Are Prepared Ye Shall Not Fear” Friday, March 27, at the BYU Conference Center.

To register, visit ce.byu.edu/cs/family. Registration is $60 for individuals, $100 for married couples and $200 for credit registration. Interested students can receive 0.5 credit hours of Marriage, Family and Human Development 792R.

The conference will feature inspirational and academic speakers who will present ways to strengthen families, raise a righteous posterity and prevent problems in modern family life. In addition, experts in the fields of therapy, counseling and family issues will offer specific, hands-on information for families dealing with the tragic problems that are attacking society, families and individuals.

Sponsored by the School of Family Life, the Alumni Association and the Division of Continuing Education, the conference will feature presentations and discussions on flourishing families, the science of happiness, dynamics of marriage, strengthening motherhood, work and family balance issues, learning from prophets in troubled times and peace through preparation.
