BYU celebrates "Fiesta 2012: Corazon Latino" Nov. 16

Brigham Young University’s annual "Fiesta 2012: Corazon Latino" will be Friday, Nov. 16, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Wilkinson Student Center Ballroom.

The event will have music and dance performances from different Latin countries and will feature five different Latin dishes at $1 each. At 9 p.m., a dance party will begin in the Wilkinson Student Center Garden Court. Tickets are available at the WSC Information Desk and at the door the night of the event.

“You may have served a Spanish-speaking mission, be of Latin descent, raised in the Latin culture or just enjoy the culture,” said Patrice Sapiga, event coordinator at Multicultural Student Services. “We want to gather those students and celebrate Latin culture and having a Latin heart.”

The event is sponsored by BYU Multicultural Student Services. For more information, visit multicultural.byu.edu or contact Patrice Sapiga at byufiesta@byu.edu.
