BYU Bookstore offers iPod sale based on points BYU scores against U of U

In the spirit of competition and in recognition of one of the West’s greatest rivalries, the BYU Bookstore is offering an iPod sale based on the points BYU scores against the University of Utah during Saturday’s football game.

For every point BYU scores, Bookstore customers will get $1 off the price of all discontinued models of Nano Touch and Classic iPods.

So, if BYU scores 35 points, customers will receive $35 off an iPod. Plus, when BYU wins, customers will get an extra $10 off, said Craig Tracy, supervisor of the Bookstore Computer Department.

“People all along the Wasatch Front are excited about this game,” said Tracy. “This is a fun way for BYU students and other Bookstore customers to benefit from the Cougars' performance this Saturday.”

The iPod sale will run from Nov. 24 through Nov. 29 and is limited to stock on hand. No rainchecks will be issued, and there is a limit of five iPods per customer. First come, first served. The sale applies only to discontinued iPod models. Exclusions may apply.
