BYU Bookstore hosts Grad Fair March 2-3

The BYU Bookstore will be hosting the Grad Fair on Tuesday, March 2, from noon to 6 p.m. and Wednesday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the upper level of the BYU Bookstore.

The Grad Fair is a fun-filled event where April graduates can order their caps and gowns. In addition to receiving measurement and order assistance, they can view samples of graduation announcements, diploma frames and class rings prior to purchasing.

Also, the BYU Bookstore is providing brownies, cookies, freshly popped popcorn and the opportunity to win an iPod. Orders can also be placed online at www.herffjones.com/college/byu.

Cap and gown orders placed before midnight March 13, either at the Grad Fair or online, will be discounted by $10. No orders for caps and gowns will be taken between March 14 and April 20. Students who miss the March 13 deadline will be able to procure a cap and gown for full price April 21-23 at the Gordon B. Hinckley Alumni and Visitors Center during cap and gown pick up.

“The wait at the Hinckley Center for those who didn’t order either at the Grad Fair or online can be quite long,” said Deena Justice, cashier supervisor at the BYU Bookstore. “Students will definitely want to order early to avoid long lines.”
