Brad W. Farnsworth to give BYU devotional address Feb. 8

Brad W. Farnsworth, administrative vice president at Brigham Young University, will speak Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center for a campus devotional.

The title of his devotional address is "Reflections on the BYU Experience."

Live broadcasts are available on KBYU-TV (Channel 11), KBYU-FM (89.1), the BYU-Television and BYU-Radio satellite networks and byubroadcasting.org, as well as on campus in the Joseph Smith Building auditorium and the Varsity Theater in the Wilkinson Student Center. An alumnus of BYU, Farnsworth graduated with a master's degree in accountancy. He received his license as a certified public accountant and worked for an international accounting firm for 11 years.

In 1992, Farnsworth became the vice president for administrative services at BYU-Hawaii. Two years later, Farnsworth moved his family to Utah when he accepted the invitation to serve as BYU's administrative vice president.

In addition to his responsibilities at BYU, Farnsworth serves on the Ethnic Outreach Committee for the Utah South Area of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
