April 30 deadine for 2006 Flexible Spending Account claims

University personnel who established Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) during 2006 have until April 30 to submit claims to be reimbursed. Any money left in the account after April 30 will be forfeited.

FSA claims for (1) eligible medical and dental expenses processed by DMBA, and (2) prescriptions filled by Medco contracted pharmacies can be processed online. This is done by going to the DMBA web site, http://www.dmba.com and clicking on “Submit FSA Claims.” FSA claims for eyeglasses, contacts, over-the-counter medicines, daycare, etc., still need to be mailed to DMBA along with receipts. Employees enrolled with Altius must file paper claim forms for all services. Claim forms are available on the DMBA web site or at the Benefits Office, D-240 ASB.

For the fifth time in six years, BYU students dug, pruned and planted their way to the National Collegiate Landscaping Competition title, the March Madness of college landscaping teams. BYU bested 50 other universities in the four-day event, outscoring the second-place finisher by more than 358 points and breaking the 5000-point total for the first time in the 48-year history of the tournament.
