Acclaimed violinist Frédéric Moreau to perform at BYU April 12

The Brigham Young University School of Music will present internationally acclaimed guest violinist Frédéric Moreau Saturday, April 12, at 1 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall.

The recital will feature Moreau performing works by Cesar Franck, Gabriel Faure, Masenet, Ravel, Paganini, Kreisler and Bazzini. Pianist accompanists include Jie and Ning Lu, faculty members at the University of Utah.

Captivating audiences with his performances, charisma and enthusiasm, Moreau is regularly invited to festivals around the world and is rapidly becoming one of the most prolific French artists of his generation with over one hundred solo concerts each year.
