5th Annual Timpanogos Storytelling Conference at BYU Feb. 4-5

Brigham Young University’s Department of Theatre and Media Arts in conjunction with the BYU Division of Continuing Education and the City of Orem will present the 5th Annual Timpanogos Storytelling Midwinter Conference Friday and Saturday, Feb. 4 and 5,  from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Conference Center.

For registration and additional information, visit www.timpfest.org or call Conferences and Workshops, (801) 422-2568. BYU employees and their spouses may be eligible for BYU tuition benefits.

This year’s conference will feature Donald Davis, Diane Ferlatte, Bill Harley and Andy Offut Irwin plus a dozen other dynamic presenters. Participants can learn from the best storytellers, presenters and authors from around the world.

The conference will help attendees apply the art of storytelling in the workplace, in their writing, in the classroom or onstage.

"Understand how to enthrall an audience with a speech, laugh and learn to tell a great joke or just spend time learning how to capture and share your own family stories," said Emilee Barrett of the
BYU Conferences and Workshops staff.
