My job at BYU is… interior designer for campus. I take part in the conceptual development and execution of everything on campus from a new building to a classroom layout.
I’m currently working on… improvements and changes to the SAB, the WSC, the Marriott Center and some top secret projects that have yet to be announced. I’m a woman of mystery.
I get most excited about my work when… the client I’m working with trusts me and enjoys the process of creating and editing.
Students don’t think I notice… when they are unhappy or burdened. If I could spend all my time on campus giving every downcast student I saw a hug, I would.
The best-kept BYU secret is… the sour grapefruit chews in the bookstore.
My favorite spot on campus is… the JFSB because no matter where you are in the building, you get natural light.
My most cherished memory at BYU is… the 2019 BYU vs. Gonzaga men’s basketball game.
Three things that are always found in my refrigerator are… butter, feta cheese and balsamic reduction (best garnish ever).
You’ll never find me without… something outrageous to say.
The title of my autobiography would be… "Ogres are Like Onions."
