This award, BYU's most prestigious faculty award, is provided through the generosity of the Karl G. Maeser Scholarship Society. The recipient must have demonstrated clear superiority in both scholarship and teaching.

New assistant vice president of information technology hired at BYU

Brigham Young University Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer Tracy Flinders named Michelle Bennett as assistant vice president of information technology. In this role, Bennett will assist in directing the work of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and coordinating strategy and efforts with all Church Educational System (CES) institutions.
