Who will receive free UTA passes?

Beginning August 2018 and continuing for the next ten years, current BYU students and employees, as well as their spouses and dependents, will receive free premium access UTA passes. Those eligible to receive the passes include the following:

Faculty

  • Full-time faculty
  • Part-time benefitted
  • Part-time no benefits
  • Visiting faculty
  • Visiting scholars
  • ROTC

Employees

  • Administrative
  • Full-time staff
  • Three-quarter-time staff
  • Half-time staff
  • Part-time contract
  • Category 2 part-time staff
  • Category 3 part-time contract

Students (enrolled in courses on campus in Provo)

  • Full-time freshman, sophomore, junior or senior
  • Masters program
  • Doctorate program
  • Bachelor of General Studies
  • Engish Language Center
  • Evening classes credit seeking
  • Post-baccalaureate non degree
  • Visiting students

*All spouses and dependents of the above will also be eligible.

J.B. Haws appointed executive director of the Maxwell Institute
