[Video] Whoosh Cecil: The Legacy of President Samuelson

A tribute to the 12th president of BYU, Cecil O. Samuelson, who ended his 11-year tenure on April 30, 2014. A respected physician and scholar, President Samuelson accepted the call to lead the university on May 1, 2003. With wit, wisdom and faith President Samuelson inspired a generation of students, improved the physical campus and focused the university on educational priorities.
