Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert has authorized the lowering of the Flag of the United States of America and the Flag of the State of Utah on Wednesday, April 15, in honor of President Abraham Lincoln. A proclamation entitled, "Day of Remembrance for President Abraham Lincoln" directs the flags to be lowered to half-staff.
In accordance with Gov. Herbert's order, BYU will fly the ASB Flag of the United States at half-staff Wednesday, April 15, 2015, from sunrise to sunset.
