The David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies at Brigham Young University will host the first International Field Studies Lecture of the semester on Friday, Feb. 3, at noon in 238 Herald R. Clark Building.
Victor Narsimulu, a doctoral candidate in educational leadership and foundations at BYU, will speak on “Understanding Pacific Island Education.”
Narsimulu has conducted international field studies in several countries, including Fiji, Ethiopia, India, China and Japan, where he worked and consulted with several non-governmental organizations.
He received his bachelor’s in intercultural studies with an emphasis in cultural anthropology and Pacific Islands studies from BYU-Hawaii, and his master’s degree in organizational behavior with an emphasis in international development from BYU.
